Feeling Retired at 40
Hello friends, it is October 28th. I skipped October 27th but would like to piggyback off of October 26th when I was back at the bar, and talk about breaking away from shift work employment, putting our skills, knowledge, experience, passion and effort into cultivating an Independent Business model that equates into time and Financial Freedom …
On one hand it feels like I've gotten here in life by accident. In hindsight, it's clear that my entire life has been preparing me for the lifestyle that I'm about to lead full time. Throughout, I've learned that having integrity, laser focus, confidence in my abilities and believing that I am fully equipped to make a good living helping folks in ways that others can't, and while not feeling like I'm working for a moment of it. I feel retired at forty, becoming an empty-nester, quitting my job, selling my house and unloading the material possessions I've been collecting for two dozen years to live a simple and free life has been liberating. And I have full unshakable faith in both myself and the god that leads me. It's not going to be easy but it's going to be interesting!
